Acemoğlu Gıda San.Tic.A.Ş. Customer Information Notice

In accordance with Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law"), your personal data may be processed by Acemoğlu Gıda San.Tic.A.Ş., acting as joint data controller, within the scope described below.

Purposes for Processing Personal Data

Your collected personal data may be processed in accordance with the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, for the purpose of providing you with internet access and ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial occupational safety of the Company and the relevant individuals who have a business relationship with the Company.

To Whom and For What Purposes Can Processed Personal Data Be Transferred

Your personal data may be transferred to legally authorized public institutions and legally authorized private persons, limited to the purposes specified above, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

Personal Data Collection Method and Legal Basis

Your personal data is collected electronically by the Company for the purpose of providing you with internet access, in accordance with Acemoğlu Gıda San. Tic. A.Ş.'s legal obligations, and in accordance with the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

Rights of the Personal Data Subject Enumerated in Article 11 of the Law

As a personal data subject, we hereby inform you that you have the following rights pursuant to Article 11 of the Law:

* To learn whether your personal data has been processed,

* To request information regarding your personal data if it has been processed,

* To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with its intended purpose,

* To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, both domestically and internationally,

* If your personal data is processed incompletely or incorrectly, you have the right to request correction and to notify third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred of the action taken.

* If the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, despite processing in accordance with the Law and other relevant legal provisions, you have the right to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data and to notify third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred of the action taken.

* To object to the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems, resulting in a detrimental outcome against you

* Kişisel verilerinizin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğraması hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahiptir.

You can submit your applications regarding your rights listed above to our Company via kvkk@oncusalca.com.tr Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be processed free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest. However, if the process requires additional costs, you may be charged a fee according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
